Book Review: If I Run by Terri Blackstock

I have wanted to delve into the world of Christian fiction for years but have never had any real luck with it. I just didn’t know where to go, really.

I mostly like suspense/thriller novels and those always seemed hard to come by in the Christian genres. Maybe they used to be, or maybe it was just me not knowing where to look.

Now I’m finding all kinds of fun books to add to my list, mostly thanks to the BookLook for Bloggers review program. This month I got to load up the Kindle with If I Run byTerri Blackstock and enjoy a little bit each night while I was putting the kids to bed.

The premise: Casey, knowing she is about to accused of murder, takes off on a whirwind adventure to get herself as far away from the scene as she can.

The action started from the very first sentence and a few nights I was so hooked I snuck in a few extra chapters even though I had things to do.

I don’t normally love cliffhanger endings but this one worked. The storyline was great and I will definitely be checking out some of Terri Blackstock’s previous books now.

Thanks so much for your comments! I always read them, don't always have time to answer quickly. Sorry about that!
