The Magic of Motherhood

Lately I’ve been enjoying reading an essay from TheMagic of Motherhood at random times throughout the day. One after my morning devotional, one while I give the baby a nap, one when everybody’s playing in the afternoon, one in the tub or while Ryan tucks the big kids in.

I love motherhood. And marriage, and friendship, and all the sacred-feeling bonds in life that make it all a little more exciting and meaningful. I like talking about it all, writing about it all, reading about it all.

I already loved the Coffee + Crumbs blog so it didn't surprise me at all that I loved The Magic of Motherhood. Almost every essay spoke to me in some way or another. The stories I don't directly relate to teach me something about empathy or educate me about situations that differ from my own.

The bottom line is that this book is great and has something to offer to everyone. I highly recommend it!

Thanks so much for your comments! I always read them, don't always have time to answer quickly. Sorry about that!
